  Had a 12:00 appointment I'm out of my medications I was promised they'd be called in it's now 6:33 they're still not called in so I'm without my medication for depression and anxiety till Monday or whenever they decide to call it in I placed several calls starting at 2:00 p.m. no return calls this is a horrible place to go I do not recommend anybody having to deal with the added stress that they cause and the lack of care for their clients or patients that they have an obligation to help and they do nothing of the sort I would give it zero Stars if I was able to.

  First off I will admit that we have missed a few appointments without giving notice. None of which were intentional. My child was receiving services for an array of reasons. The times that we missed an online appointment were due to me having to deal with situations relating to him. I am sorry if dealing with my child and their feelings takes priority over remembering that we have an appointment. I paid the $50 no show fee. I am however, extremely disappointed and saddened that instead of reaching out to me and seeing if circumstances have changed that I receive an email saying that all future appointments, (all 999 according to the email), have been canceled. This group obviously saw my child as a number and not a person. There were many instances where his therapist was anywhere from 15-30mins late logging on. I do not recommend this medical group.

  Dr. McGregor and her team are a fantastic group of therapists that provide great service and care to their clients. Dr. McGregor's decade long experience working with military and military family members provides her with the ability to truly understand and help. Her team of therapists do an great job of addressing a variety of mental health and substance abuse related problems.
