From day one, we felt a strong connection to Caitlan. She is a great listener and shares so many resources with my husband and I. Caitlan has been such a blessing through both individual, and couples counseling. My husband and I have come a long way in all of our relationships because of Caitlan.

Was helped beautifully and was really easily (and so quickly) connected to the most Suitable provider possible. The new office is lovely and in a great area too :) Happy to be at psychpartners. The receptionist on the phone was very helpful and helped me choose a therapist based off i was looking for and they did a great job! i feel very safe here and the atmosphere is very welcoming. For those who are apart of the LGBTQ+ community they have great clinicians here who make you feel safe and heard. I also enjoy the group therapy very much.

My child was receiving services for an array of reasons. The times that we missed an online appointment were due to me having to deal with situations relating to him. I am sorry if dealing with my child and their feelings takes priority over remembering that we have an appointment. I paid the $50 no show fee. I am however, extremely disappointed and saddened that instead of reaching out to me and seeing if circumstances have changed that I receive an email saying that all future appointments, (all 999 according to the email), have been canceled. This group obviously saw my child as a number and not a person. There were many instances where his therapist was anywhere from 15-30mins late logging on. I do not recommend this medical group.
