  These people are incredibly rude. From the person at the front desk all the way back. Unbelievably rude to their patients.

  Misdiagnosed as having facial psoriasis and treated. Treatment caused severe damage to skin that was already compromised. Now on antibiotics locally to heal severe damage with a new provider.

  I just had my worst experience ever at this office. I supposed to have my scheduled surgerie, but they called me last minute saying that I am not covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and they confirmed that must be a mistake, so went back again , 20 minutes late(me being in my car on the phone with the Insurance company in the main time) but I was told to re-schedule because they have other clients(2 were waiting). I insisted on doing the surgerie the same day, but apparently I would have to wait until they finish all the appointments and walks in! S o after they made a mistake, I am the one who is waiting for a next available appointment. Very disappointing!

  We had to wait over an hour! There was no sense of urgency nor proficiency. When we were finally called back, the guy who took my daughter's concerns didn't even look at her. I wish I could leave a "zero star". GO SOME PLACE ELSE. So far, the health facilities in Temecula suck. Murrieta is better.

  Great experience from both Darek and Stacey, I was referred by my PCP and was a little worried due to several negative reviews however now both times I was in on time , well treated , with very quick and professional staff. My previous Dermatologist in Temecula had a wait generally for about 45 minutes to get seen. I will be back.
