I have been working directly with Carrie who has been doing an exemplary job in helping me select the appropriate hearing device. Her patience and technical knowledge are outstanding. I thoroughly researched hearing devices before selecting Connect Hearing and found that this was the best company for one-on-one support. I was paired with the Phonak Audeo P70R, which has not only addressed my hearing needs but has also had a positive impact on my tinnitus. I highly recommend Connect Hearing and Carrie.

- RARima AbuzeidJun 6, 20172.0I took my father for his hearing test and evaluation. I had to keep calling to try and get a copy of his test result. Also the person i spoke to informed me that AAA members only get 10 off on hearing aid whereas i found out they get 45% off???? Is that how people who are in need should be treated? Customer service lacks on the part of that gentleman (and i use that term lightly).
