Classes here are great! Instructors really help me work in areas I need strengthening. I like the varieties of classes they offer for every level . Instructions are great! I wish they did have more hours to offer for some upper level classes throughout the week.

I can’t say enough good things about this Pilates studio. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming, clean, and calming. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive—they really take the time to make sure your form is correct and that you’re getting the most out of every movement. What I love most is how supportive and encouraging everyone is, no matter your fitness level. I’ve felt stronger, more toned, and more confident since coming here, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to. If you’re even thinking about trying Pilates, this is the place to do it. Highly recommend!

As I age I understand that Core strength is important. A friend suggested Club Pilates. I had never done pilates and was interested in checking it out. I have now been doing Club Pilates for a couple months. The workouts are engaging. And they help you ease into it with beginner level 1 classes. I have recently advanced to doing the level 1.5 classes. They also have level 2 classes. Although level 2 classes require instructor approval. I have spent several years flying combat for the Air Force, which has had me sitting for hours and hours at a time during my combat missions. My core needs to remain strong to help alleviate pain from injuries sustained in combat. Yes, I am one of a handful of men that are at the gym. But I don't really care, since I get the help and individual attention I need for me and my health. The instructors have been great to work with. They are eager to encourage you to push hard. But the different level of classes also always you to set your own path of progression. For the first month, I mainly did the level 1 classes so that I could learn the Pilates Terminology and how things can generally flow. I can also say that I never get board in the classes. I have yet to do the same workout twice. The instructors keep the workouts changing, which helps to sincerely help you stay engaged. Club Pilates workouts also require a great deal of focus on technique so you keep good form. The instructors will call you out if your form starts to breakdown. But more than that, the instructors will help you know how to modify the position to continue to get the benefits. So far I am enjoying the experience and can definitely recommend Club Pilates. Especially if you are like me and hate going to the gym and figuring out what type of workout to do that day and which body parts you want to workout. With Club Pilates you just show up and the instructors will guide you through the workout they have prepared for the class.

The place is more than just a workout spot. It’s a true community with supportive friends and knowledgeable staff who all come together to motivate and uplift you. Try it. You’ll leave feeling stronger and happier than when you walked in. And, I can guarantee that you’ll be smiling.
