  Incredibly pleasant experience at this urgent care. The receptionist was incredibly delightful. Checked me in quickly. The facility is very very clean. Jessica, I believe she is a nurse practitioner, Listened to my concerns, did not rush me through my visit and knowing that I at times struggle with “white coat syndrome” was even more patient and understanding. And because of this, she calmed my nerves and helped me get through what would typically be a nerve-racking experience, a very calm and peaceful visit. I am incredibly grateful for this Carbon urgent care facility here in Temecula and for the best staff that you have employed as well.

  Was in and out quickly,extremely convenient. Friendly front desk staff and Dr was great. Will be happy to return.

  The front desk was swift and efficient and kind and concerned truly concerned, which is rare. The gal who took my vitals was equally concerned and swift to help me and Nicholas the P.A. was on point and extremely skillful, highly professional, and move things forward in a very responsible, orderly manner, I could not have been more pleased carbon. Health is the best I’ve experienced when it comes to urgent care.

  I found this site to be extremely fast and many open slots for appointments. I had to do a drug screen and was able to book it and come in and be seen immediately, and get the results within 15 min. They also have a real person taking calls at the front desk which was extremely helpful. All the other sites that do similar things you can never talk to a real person.
