I booked an appointment for some vaccinations a few days ago. I get to the pharmacy a little before my appointment just in case I need to fill out anything. The pharmacist told me that other people were ahead of me and I said that was fine. She then said that they were more important and tried to convince me to leave. I told her that intend to get my vaccinations today and that I would wait. She then proceeded to tell me that it would about 20 minutes and I said I would wait. I never had this experience at rite aid and wish they hadn't gone out of business. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but trying to get someone to leave is just not ok. Update: the pharmacist did apologize after another person showed up to give her some relief. That is huge to me. I am grateful for the apology and have updated my review.

The worst pharmacy in town. Every single time I go in they are experts in wasting my time, screwing up the order, and overall having no clue what they're doing. A complete disaster every time I use them. Will happily pay 5x more to go somewhere else and avoid this mess.

I am a transfer customer from Rite Aid and have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with the service I have received from Savon. My son and I have been going through multiple sicknesses and have been frequenting the pharmacy because of it. All of the staff has been exceptional, friendly, kind, patient and caring. Regardless of how busy they are with the Rite Aid overflow they never fail to take their time and assist us. I’d like to personally thank Sarah F. as she has gone above and beyond to help me get the meds I need, especially for my child. She has done wonders to put my mama heart at ease and we would all benefit from having more people like her. I appreciate you all and look forward to working with you in the future!!

No one answers the phone. Rhite aid closed, great pharmacy, I was transferred over to save on. Its been horrible. No one answers the phone, lines are long inside the store as well. If Save On couldn't take on the work load of rhite aid, why did they buy them out. So ridiculous
