I had a scare at my dentist office with my blood pressure reading being way too high and they had to cancel my appointment! I first went to my Doctor’s Office, which was closed. Then I went to Sav-on Pharmacy and asked if they had a public blood pressure machine and she said no and asked me if there was a problem. I told her about my dilemma. Her name was Phoebe Kwon and she went above and beyond helping me! With her assistance I bought a blood pressure machine and she put it together for me and showed me how to use it. She then took my blood pressure several times and assured me it was within normal range. Phoebe was so kind and helpful and took time from her very busy job to help me. She is an exceptional employee and I want to publicly commend her. Thank you, Phoebe Kwon!!

Efficient and helpful. They have been overwhelmed with the recent closing of Rite Aid and are doing the best they can for all of us. Thank you!!!

I booked an appointment for some vaccinations a few days ago. I get to the pharmacy a little before my appointment just in case I need to fill out anything. The pharmacist told me that other people were ahead of me and I said that was fine. She then said that they were more important and tried to convince me to leave. I told her that intend to get my vaccinations today and that I would wait.
She then proceeded to tell me that it would about 20 minutes and I said I would wait. I never had this experience at rite aid and wish they hadn't gone out of business. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but trying to get someone to leave is just not ok.
Update: the pharmacist did apologize after another person showed up to give her some relief. That is huge to me. I am grateful for the apology and have updated my review.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
