Linette was amazing. She was super kind, fast and friendly. She even helped me with my toddler. She made my life so much easier and was super helpful. 11/10 above and beyond

This Quest diagnostic is very unorganized. Try to avoid it if you have any other choice! They had us wait 30 minutes even though we had an appointment.

My experience was great, but the test results are shown in fainted light green with small fonts and hard to print from PDF. I wish they change the format into a common sense practical way that is easy to print and readable. If they want to use green, it should be in dark intense green with abnormalities in dark intense red with large fonts.

Terrible service! I’ve been waiting for over two hours… No one was being served and when asked for help they said that “We’re not cooking burgers here!” This is not the first time I come here and have to wait for too long!

I like the location of lab because I can find street . :). The tech/nurse was very helpful , polite and friendly. I was in and out pretty quickly. She worked fast and good and there was little pain. This time I waited 7 minutes beyond my appointment time. The thing that I dislike the most is that I have to scan my ID and my insurance card every time. After I scanned my Medicare Card, the system can’t recognize it and the tech/nurse have to input it manually. I wish that these information needs to be updated once a year in the system and I can just check in with a QR code instead of scanning the front and back of my driver’s license and my Medicare card every time I. For this , I gave it 1 star less.
