Donna Mae, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude! You are incredibly sweet! I have thin veins, and there’s absolutely no trace after the blood tests—not even a tiny bruise. Just a small dot from the needle.

I went in just to drop off a sample, and the process was unnecessarily frustrating. I checked in as instructed, but there was no option for a simple drop-off, so I ended up waiting for 30 minutes.
No one mentioned that an appointment was required just to drop off a sample, which makes no sense. On top of that, the staff were very rude.
Overall, a very poorly managed and disappointing experience.

I experienced a significant inconvenience during my recent visit. Despite arriving 25 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, I was not called. Upon inquiry, I was informed that my appointment time had elapsed and was advised to register as a walk-in. This resulted in an additional wait of nearly two hours. Ultimately, I was unable to receive the intended service due to the extended delay. Furthermore, I believe the facility could have accommodated my request for a specimen drop-off, which would have been a straightforward process. Needles to say that l made another appointment to another facility for the next day.
Our phlebotomist DonnaMae was great. She made us feel very comfortable. Super attentive and nice. She made the process easy and smooth. Thank you for being so nice
I am not an easy stick. My little, wobbly veins are notorious for not easily yielding the blood that they should. Doctors, nurses, PAs - you name it - all have tried in vain (pun intended) to draw blood. That’s why I come to Quest. I make an appointment with the pros and get it done right. This latest blood draw was with Donna Mae at Quest Tarzana on Etiwanda. I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism, demeanor, and empathy. She was understanding, patient, and thorough. In all honesty, she was the best I have ever had.
Additional review March 20:
As I said earlier, I only go to Quest for blood work because I am a difficult stick and the people there who draw my blood do me right. I needed an additional test done a few days after a visit to Quest. This time it is was Elizabeth at the Etiwanda St. Quest in Tarzana who drew my blood. Understanding of my needs, compassionate, personable, and professional, Elizabeth listened to my concerns and requests and did such a good job that I do not have any evidence on my arm that there was a blood draw - no pooling, no “bruise”. She was great! Twice in two weeks and I have nothing on my arms to show that I had blood tests done. Now, that’s professional phlebotomists for you!
