  I had a fantastic experience at the clinic. As a younger patient, I found myself in need of a new audiologist after my previous one closed their practice. I was looking for someone who could not only provide audiology services but also help with my hearing aids when necessary. From the moment I walked in, both Karen, the office manager, and Stephen Alonso, the hearing aid specialist, made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly demeanor. Stephen was particularly attentive; he took the time to really understand my individual needs and concerns. To my surprise, he even serviced my hearing aids at no cost, which was such a thoughtful gesture! It’s not often you come across such genuine care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated the extra effort they put into making my visit a positive one.

  I was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff that what's understanding and knowledgeable of my hearing condition as an Army veteran that has suffered from hearing loss and tennitus.

  Experience is always great. Steven is friendly and knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing and very helpful. The office is clean. Another good thing is they have coffee and snacks.
