  This is the first time I wrote a 1 star review on Google. I have been attending this yoga studio for the past six months primarily because of its convenient location. While the instructors consistently bring a positive and supportive energy, there is a significant issue that undermines the overall experience: the lack of a welcoming and calming environment at the front desk. In particular, the front desk staff member, Alina (Sunday morning shift), has repeatedly demonstrated a rigid and unprofessional approach in enforcing studio policies. On one occasion, I arrived exactly at the 5-minute late cutoff for the first time, based on my clock. Despite this, she denied me entry, claiming her clock showed I was 30 seconds past the limit. Rather than showing understanding or flexibility, she insisted on her interpretation without consideration that timing devices can vary. This kind of interaction creates an unnecessarily tense and uninviting atmosphere—more akin to a place of enforcement than a space intended for wellness and stress relief. Additionally, I have observed a pattern of overly controlling behavior, including instructing members to do things they are already doing and making incorrect assumptions about what members have said or done. I want to emphasize that my experience with the instructors and other aspects of the studio has been positive. However, this ongoing issue at the front desk significantly detracts from the overall environment. If this situation does not improve, I will seriously consider canceling my membership.

  Have been a member for 2 years and improved my health in general. Love the studio for the variety of classes it offers. My favorite classes are the Sculp and flows classes with Golnaz and Taylor. However, there are so many different classes to choose from and supportive teachers, so everyone will find the classes they like. The App is also easy to use.

  After a year of classes at YogaSix Sunnyvale, I can honestly say this studio feels like home. The staff and instructors are so friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome every single time you walk through the door. I love that the classes offer a great balance of everything—strength, flexibility, and everything in between. If you're looking for an inclusive place to supplement your athletic training, this is it!

  I am so grateful YogaSix opened in Sunnyvale almost two years ago. There is a great variety of classes and instructors to stay motivated with one's practice. The front desk specialists are always welcoming and awesome, too. I feel fortunate to be part of this community. It's allowed me to truly find daily calm and focus away from my phone and computer, something much needed in these times. I so appreciate everyone associated with the studio and love that it's conveniently located in downtown Sunnyvale. Thank you YogaSix Sunnyvale community!!!
