The staff are super friendly and helpful! They see and treat you as a human not just a name on a form. I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy because of how consistently positive the experience is.

Called to transfer prescriptions to the store, and the pharmacy employee was very unprofessional (1) Said over the phone that it was going to take a long time and acted as if this was a chore (very unprofessional, IT'S YOUR JOB!) (2) Provided incorrect information about transfer - I provided the pharmacy contact of the original pharmacy to call and request transfer of all scripts (which was what my original pharmacy said was procedure) - and they wanted all script #s (there are a large list, and I did not have all #s ready - originator pharmacy said this was unnecessary as it is a large list and can be provided by originator pharmacy). (3) Called back to receive no answer with a message that the inbox for messages was full. Pharmacy manager should look into this issue. Why would I even go here if you can't get your act together.
