I had a terrible experience at this place. The first time, I was attended to by someone who had to prick my veins three times to get blood drawn, and then blamed me, saying I hadn't drunk enough water. She even asked me to leave and come back later, but I didn't leave. The second time, I was attended to by someone who was very kind at first and got the blood sample on the first try. I left happy. The third time, I was again seen by the person who doesn't know how to draw blood, and because of my previous experience, I had drunk a lot of water before going. Again, she hurt my veins and suggested using one of the veins in my knuckles, which is extremely painful. I politely asked if I could wait for the other person since she had drawn my blood without any problem. Apparently, she didn't like this at all and called the other person, who also wasn't very happy. The fourth time I went, I was again seen by the person who had drawn my blood without any problem, and it turned out she was not happy to see me, she didn't answer when I said hi and then asked for documents I'd never been asked for before, like the printed lab order, since my doctor has always sent it to them. I went to my car to get it and came back, which apparently annoyed her too. Then she asked for my insurance card, and when I tried to show it to her on my app, she refused to help me. She said I had to give her the physical card. I called Quest to ask if it was right to deny me service for not having the physical card, and they told me she shouldn't have denied me the service, that showing it to her on my phone was more than enough. Anyway, I will NEVER return to this place.
