ZERO privacy, no doors, so you hear and live the drilling, suction? And crying of other patients. Needed a cleaning, recorded in pre-appt forms and at check-in. X-rays are an issue, advised to them, so they did a surround xray (and charged for it), then refused cleaning, fully knowing they charged for a surround xray that didn't "suffice" to do a cleaning "per their policies ". --> so why charge an unnecessary surround xray when they knew they wouldn't do a cleaning?? SCAMMERS!!!@@

Super gentle and professional team. I usually dread dental visits, but they made the whole process easy and stress free.

Original review I submitted was yesterday (Mar 04, 2026), saw "Owner's Response", thought someone was genuinely interested in feedback, called, went to useless call center, who forwarded to Emiliana, supposedly practice manager and she herself has NO CLUE which number people are supposed to call, which option is supposed to connect us to who.. She didn't know who i could talk to in "Corp" office for feedback. Such a waste of time and FAKE response from "supposed OWNER". Original review - Went there today for 1st time, for getting exam/consultation for my need (partial chipped off one front center upper tooth, no nerve exposure, no pain, no bleeding) because my regular dentist doctor suggested me to go to oral surgeon. First impression at the end of this 1st visit is so-so (50-50). Not good. Not bad. Definitely didn't fulfil my expectations. Getting an appointment was decent easy. They make you fill up tons of data/information which in my case wasn't necessary and not even relevant. Waste of time. Then during the visit, the assistant (her name was Miranda I believe) who took 2-3 front tooth x-ray was very friendly and professional. The dentist doctor (I'm intentionally not mentioning his name) was professional, friendly, seemed knowledgeable and he spent decent time explaining me how and why he's leaning towards the recommendation/solution (I appreciate that) but my gut feel so far is, instead of recommending the fix that suited my needs, expectations, situation and compromises I told him I was ready to accept (from quality of fix, price of fix, time of fix,.. etc perspectives, check below), he seemed to nudge me towards getting most ideal/perfect (and perhaps most $ beneficial for them potentially) fix which was getting an implant done. They said - Implant (just 1 tooth) would take 6 visits (maybe 1 hour each ?) and total 8-9 months and it'd cost around $5000+ t get everything done if I decided to get it done at their facility. And that too i'd have to pay from my own pocket because they didn't have no oral surgeon connected to Denti-Cal. This was a BIG negative surprise because the call i got 3 days back from their office confirming my appointment and go over process clearly told me that today I'll be seen by someone who is not associated with Denti-Cal but for actual fix, I'd have to come back next week and get it done from one oral surgeon at this facility who is associated with Denti-Cal. The operations lady was extremely reluctant to accept this discrepancy, she didn't even know who from their call center called me and gave me wrong information, she didn't seem to care to see how they can avoid customers getting such false information in future. In my assessment (top of my head at this moment), for my situation/need, there were 4 possible solutions - 1) dental binding, 2) crown, 3) 1 tooth denture, 4) 1 tooth implant. Each has pros and cons and that's understandable, and each one costs exponentially HIGH, especially since my insurance (Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal) wouldn't cover any of them for one reason or other. They recommended only #4, whether i get it done from them or at some referred other facilities which accept Denti-Cal. That seemed a bit rigid (no flexibility to work towards mutually acceptable and suitable solution). The dentist doctor said he was not comfortable giving recommendation for other 3 solutions and that's fine, I respect that. To me, their recommendation isn't suiting my needs, so I took the report/recommendation print outs and got out. I'd think about this a bit more in coming days, I will talk to more people, will keep my options open (finding other dentist who will do one of other 3 solutions). Worst case, I'll get it done in India which will be done in much quicker time and in less than 5-10% price they've quoted. Overall, I don't feel I achieved much, I wish they were more flexible in making things work by providing a fix/solution that was suitable to my needs with agreed and understood pros/cons involved. i gave it a try.
