- ASAimee SJan 4, 20265.0I’m so happy I joined the unlimited membership. The staff and teachers are all wonderful, and the overall vibe feels very supportive and welcoming. They regularly reach out to check in and are very accommodating with any changes needed. It truly feels like a community.
- ARAnnie RathoreOct 28, 20251.0The studio and classes are great, but the management couldn't be worse. I have been forced to reach out to the management via Linkedin in multiple cases. See below. As of Oct 27: I have been seeing charges on my account monthly however, I have been blocked from booking classes on the app- saying I'm out of credits. I have called the studio dozen times, messaged and emailed for several weeks - but haven't heard back. I will request you to please escalate with management and help me cancel my membership. As of Nov 2024: Utterly disappointed with the Sunnyvale, CA location's team's response to my request for freezing the account. I have reached out more than 10 times via phone, text, email and completed the freeze request form- but haven't heard any response. I'm very inclined to start posting publicly on how the team was extremely responsive when they were signing us up- as founding members we waited for months when the studio opening was delayed and this is how we get treated now! I want to escalate the matter to the management if the locations are unable to hold to the standard yoga studio have- this is spoiling customer experience and the studio's reputation.

- YSYana SokolovaNov 2, 20242.0Beware that they don't allow late arrivals - I arrived 6 minutes late and wasn't allowed to my scheduled class because of that. Would be better if this policy was announced in advance since other studios I go to are more flexible.
