I've been going to Perfect Workout for over 2 yrs now and its been a great experience. I workout twice a week with Zehavah and she is the most patient and dedicated trainer as are all the others at the center. I've had injuries in the past from high impact workouts but this form of slow motion strength training has really helped me build muscle without any injuries and the best part is I don't have to spend hours in the gym to get results.
It's not cheap but then quality training never is. You get 1 on 1 attention dedicated every time and its totally worth it and I tell all my friends about it. Definitely try it out.

I’ve been training at The Perfect Workout Sunnyvale location for several years now, and the results have been fantastic — especially in terms of strength and posture. Their unique approach to slow-motion strength training is really effective. Unlike high-impact workouts that can strain the joints, this method feels safe yet powerful. I’ve been able to build strength and maintain muscle mass without risking injury.
The trainers are consistently friendly, professional, and highly motivating. I’ve worked with a few of them, and each one takes the time to tailor the workout to my needs and goals. They’re also very accommodating with scheduling — allowing cancellations or reschedules up to 24 hours in advance, which is a big plus for anyone juggling a busy calendar.
If you’re looking for a time-efficient, science-based workout program that actually delivers results, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

TPW is a terrific slow motion strength training program. I've been getting stronger and stronger with The Perfect Workout for five years, since I turned 60. The only option for me is the 1-1 personalized training. Otherwise, I would have quit years ago. Five years is longer than I've stuck with any exercise program. The staff are amazing, kind, encouraging, and professional. My osteoporosis is improving. I go twice per week, once with the terrific Zehavah in Sunnyvale and once on the FastFit equipment with the fabulous Alyx in Menlo Park. I'm a lifer at TPW!
