He made sure to tell us the glasses may be hot after an adjustment. He cared about our well being! I would definitely recommend seeing him at Target, Sunnyvale, if you need any minor adjustments!

I showed up early and they brought me in within a couple of minutes, got my eyes checked quickly and with great care, and then Ty helped me pick out some new frames and was extremely helpful with all the options. When it wasn’t working she provided absolutely no help outside of don’t blink and look straight. Every issue i presented - she looked at me with silence or said don’t blink. Have to come back for a second fitting, and specifically asked for someone else it was that bad. Saw me getting frustrated, didn’t offer any solution and then SHE GOT ON HER PHONE. awful experience, if i didn’t have to come back i wouldn’t!
