- CMCarl Mitchell5 days ago5.0I went to the Target Optical on McKinley Avenue in Sunnyvale tonight with a very urgent problem, the screw holding the right lense of my prescription glasses popped out and I could not find it on the floor. I rushed over to the Target Optical and a lovely young man named Ty looked at my glasses, found the correct replacement screw and screwed it in. Ty also tightened the other screw. I feel very fortunate because Ty helped me right away and knew exactly which screw to look for. I cannot see or drive without my glasses. Thank goodness for Ty!!! Carl

Ty is wonderful, he provides excellent customer service and will ensure you receive the best experience. The doctor is wonderful also, she is so patient and caring. She takes her time with the exam and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She took the time to answer all of my concerns too. I only had a contact fitting, but I am definitely coming here next year for my glasses and contacts exams! Thank you!!
