We have shopped this store since the day it opened. The staff has become family. The Pharmacy takes special care of us. There’s always a challenge finding the best price for our medication and they always work for our benefit. That’s very special. I know they are taking care of me and my family.

n this pharmacy fraudulent behavior is very common, pharmacist is rude and blunt with the customers and personal of other pharmacies. They provide incorrect information, refuse to transfer prescriptions, do not sent required documents to the customers, and never sign the documents (drugs costs forms for IRS) correctly. Manager of the branch supported refusal of the pharmacist to sign the document with a fool name explaining that they are not allowed to.disclose names by the store policy. We had to come to the pharmacy 5 times to get any paper at all. The last time we were informed that the document had been mailed to us several days ago, so we could not get it in store. This “mailed” paper did not come to us even in a week. They refused to investigate how to get me continues glucose meeter prescribed by the doctor. They did not consult Medicare, and acted based on very old information No attempts were made to satisfy my needs. The manner of communications was abusive. They definitely do not deserve the status of a preferred provider for Aetna company. My experience merits filing a complain to the BBB office and to the customer satisfaction department of General Attorney of CA, as well as to Aetna and Medicare. Why to choose them against Wallgreens? My only explanation is that the truth is not known, and they are becoming more and more disrespectful and ignorant with time. All there rude and unprofessional behavior hits unhealthy people, who are the most vulnerable. I can present the names of employees we were dealing with, and dates when the abusive actions happened. My husband was with me all the time, and he can extend my review with his clarifications. Y.L. 03/01/2019
