  The bathroom sink was broken but the bathroom was not put out of service. Even worse as a medical facility they were using this bathroom for urine samples and not having a proper place to wash hands. This is appalling. Moreover, the restroom was a mess with urine on the ground and a towel on the floor that was apparently there to clean the floor. Very unsanitary!
