  On March 4th 2026 at 6:03 p.m. Selina pharmaceutical tech is a direct threat to patient safety. When a tech like Selina is rude patients are much less likely to ask critical questions about their medication or report side effects. This is a known cause of medical error and poor patient outcomes. In most states the pharmacist in charge is liable for the conduct of their staff. A tech who demeans customers is a liability under the acting pharmacist on duty under licensing. And should not hesitate to send the technician home immediately to protect themselves. Pharmacy technicians code of conduct mandate fairness, integrity and respect for the patient's dignity. Violating these can lead to disciplinary actions from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. The acting pharmacist on duty should have found Selina's behavior dangerous and acted accordingly which the pharmacist on duty failed to do so. This experience provided a clear insight of this particular pharmaceutical tech incompetence and disregard for the health and well-being of Ralphs Pharmacy patients.

  Same experience as Alisa, apparently Ralph's has some really stupid restrictive protocols on how they communicate with healthcare providers, basically if there's any issue fulfilling your prescription, your provider will have no idea until you tell them yourself. Don't bother going here if you want a pharmacy that communicates effectively with your doctors.

  I went to pick up some medication for my husband tonight and the pharmacist and assistant were genuinely worried and asked if he was ok. I gotta say, it’s so rare to see a pharmacy especially a chain where the staff actually knows and cares about their clients. ❤️.
