The customer service is extremely rude and impatient, I’ve been hung up on and quite personally I think they’re very lazy as well. Six people on staff and nobody filling prescriptions. They’ll tell you that your prescription is ready and when you go in to pick it up you’ll either have to wait 30 minutes for them to actually fill it or they’ll just flat out tell you they won’t have it for a week because they are out, No courtesy call. I’ve never felt more belittled or uncared-for. When my doctors in their offices have called to fix a problem that this pharmacy has created, I’ve been told that they are extremely rude to the office staff and doctors, so much so that they actually asked me to change pharmacies. I do so gladly and I am here to want all of you to do the same. They are unprofessional rude and don’t deserve to help people because quite frankly they don’t want to.
