  Seems quest is very convenient and might be confusing using there check in But I gotten used to it. In fact I usually book appointments and found it very useful to do ahead for this service.

  The Quest location is very convenient, efficient and helpful. I suggest making an appointment and if you are a senior unfamilar with computerized check-in, ask for help on your first visit. It is very easy once you know how.
