    To whom it may concern, I have been with National Seating & Mobility now for a year. They have worked with me diligently. I really like this place(Seating & Mobility). If you have questions they have the answers. They're always arrived in their scheduled time frame. They go way and above for their customers. If I really enjoy this place you will too.     In an emergency with my manual chair.. I went to the office and was helped by ANTHONY VAUGHN and he fixed my problem with the rubbing of the tire ...I sounded like jigsaw on the bike... LoL 🤣 and from what I understand it's Anthony's 2nd day at the company... keep up the good work Anthony 💪 💪 💪 thanks national seating and mobility for letting him join the crew

    Edit, new issue 9/20/23 I have another problem with my scooter. On Monday, 9/18/2023 your company tried to evaluate my scooter via phone but couldn’t. I was then told I would be transferred to the Stockton Branch. Then I was told they were at lunch and would call me back after lunch. I received no call back. I then called on 9/19 and after being on hold for over 20 minutes someone finally answered and told me the person that should be taking care of me “must be in the warehouse” and was told I would receive a call back. Yep, you guessed it, no call back. I have called again today 9/20 and I’m on hold as I type this. I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes so far. I don’t want to leave a message because I did that last time I had issues, and never received a call back, and in fact took 5 months to get a response. Now I’m being told that “Lisa” is out of the office. So I’m I supposed to just sit and hope my scooter doesn’t break down until someone can decide to call me back???? If I could give negative stars I would. worst customer service ever. actually non-existent. I've been trying to get something warrantied for over 5 months. that should be WARRANTY yet they want to try and bill my insurance. I've even called the corporate office and can't even get a call back from them. they don't want to talk to anyone on the phone, they want texts, and then they don't even return text messages. WORST COMPANY EVER but I'm stuck with them because of my Insurance. If you don't have insurance and need to pay out of pocket, do yourself a favor and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else!
