- RLRGL LUNADec 28, 20251.0I came in requesting for 2 sets of velcro. The heavy man asked for my phone number. And checked the account. He says he only has one package and ran out. He is waiting for a delivery for it. I got done eating lunch next door. I decided to call. And tell the thinner man. My husband will come by and pick it up for me. He says "We ALWAYS HAVE VELCRO. NO NEED TO CALL " I walk in i said, I just called. And I said, the heavy set man said they ran out and waiting on a shipment. He, hears the conversation and skinny guy says. " OH, did you make more VELCRO sets. And heavy man lies straight to my face. I look them both, YOU HAD TO LIE ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF VELCRO? At this point, I was fuming! Heavy guy was caught 🤥 lying. I told them I live in Manteca 30 minutes away. And can not come in when ever I run out. I spent almost $2400.00 for 4 sets of ARCH ONLY SUPPORT. My right foot is shorter than my left foot. They DO NOT CORRECT leg length discrepancy. They recommended the use of $40 inserts. BTW, Amazon sells them for $14.00. It has been very annoying because their inserts does not correct it. So I use alot of different inserts with the arch support and velcro. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$. GO SEE A PODIATRIST. OR GO TO TEMU. THEY HAVE ARCH SUPPORT FOR $5.00 A SET. I SPENT $450. FOR 1 SET OF INSERTS. I HAVE 4 SETS. Plus, other accessories I did not need. HI-WAY ROBBERY! Black is from TEMU. SEE FOR YOURSELF THE DIFFERENCE. They should have not lied to me. 😞 Over maybe $0.50 worth of velcro? BTW, Look for BRENDA. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She even mailed me velcro at her expense. I offered to pay her. When I came in. She respectfully refused it. And she had to wait for payday. It really touched my heart. The store suddenly stopped mailing them to customers. She said she will mail it for me. This was 9 months ago. Today, is a Sunday. Brenda was not in.
