Community Medical Centers is a non-profit network of neighborhood health centers serving San Joaquin and Solano counties. CMC provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care along with supportive services to individuals and families in need. We serve our patients regardless of their ability to pay. All are welcome in our clinics. We accept Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care (Health Plan of San Joaquin, Health Net, Partnership Health Plan of California), Medicare, most Medicare Advantage Plans, and Covered California. Uninsured?
