- KDKyra DosierFeb 27, 20261.0Disappointed is an understatement. My almost TWO year old daughter has had chronic skin issues since she was born. She was referred here by her pediatrician and has been under their care until literally 5 minutes ago. She has prescription body wash, lotion, and ointments. Without them, her entire body breaks out in an awful rash and she will scratch until she bleeds. They just called me to cancel her upcoming appointment scheduled in exactly 14 days to renew her prescriptions and check the progress of her skin condition. They said they are temporarily not accepting her insurance and would have her on a waitlist for when they do accept it again. FOURTEEN DAYS!?! She can’t even get an appt with her pediatrician for a referral to a new dermatologist before she’s out of medication. Take me off your lousy call back list. We will NEVER be back. How do you just ditch a TWO year old high and dry? Couldn’t call me before you KNEW you would have to cancel this appointment, to at least offer refills…? especially knowing she NEEDS them every single day? Negative 10 stars if I could.
