- CHCourtney HarrisDec 16, 20235.0I love all the variety of classes offered! Caitlyn’s sculpt and flow class kicks my butt every time (in a good way!). I always leave feeling stronger and empowered. I love her mantras and affirmations too (I can do hard things!). I also love Desiree’s Hot and Power classes, which are more traditional yoga than the sculpt and flow format. And Alison’s Restore is amazing. All of the staff are really friendly, especially Julie at the front desk. It’s an overall great experience every time!
