Very well managed pharmacy for how much volume they are dispensing. Although I’ve been frustrated at moments, I do understand they can only do so much and must abide by the strict rules and regulations. Also, the young man with the beard is one of a kind. Great customer service!

Two of the male techs are very professional and caring. But there are two middle aged women who I mostly get stuck with who are awful. They have bad attitudes and can be dismissive and hostile. They regularly say the names of my prescriptions loud enough for anyone in line to hear. They've upset and angered me on several occassions. I don't want everyone to know what I take. HIPAA should (if it doesn't) outlaw that kind of practice. It's part of my personal info. I've been going here for a few years. I've had enough. I'm going elsewhere.

There are a couple nice people here. The young man who works the register is one of them. However the main ladies (blond and brunette) are absolutely unprofessional. They need to take unconscious biased training. That and I need my prescription ready the day they are due. I can’t wait an extra day or two for you to catch up on your work. Maybe hire more people or work OT.

I came here for a flu shot after making an online appointment. They said their systems do not register online registration and it took them about an hour to input info into the systems. The excuse was that they were short staffed and they were doing the best they could. Gotta say it's hard to process something when they jump to attend everyone else that calls in or walks up before finishing registration. What a mess.
