Horrible people horrible pharmacy . I came after oral surgery in pain . Doctor forgot to send pain meds. So I asked pharmacist if I can use phone since there is no signal . They said no. Call back doctor. Came back to pharmacy and they said nothing again. Then they finally refresh their freaking page. And at the end she ask me if I m refusing service or something. After 1 hour waiting fighting with 3 of them pharmacist they acting like I am the problem....absolutely unhelpful worst kind of people you should be ashamed of yourself . If you work at place where people need pills and meds for pains and Illnesses at least be nice. Absolutely traumatized from this horrible people !!!

To the people and visitors of South Lake Tahoe. I wanted to reiterate my thoughts of what Adam and Jean bring to this pharmacy. First of all this is a very stressful occupation and the both of them almost always have a high tolerance of patience. I can't think of a better combination of professionalism that the two of them display. A lot goes into the process to complete filling a prescription the doctors office, Maintaining inventory, verification of insurance if there is any.we can't just click our heels together 3 times and expect that our prescription will be ready.
I think every now and then we all should step back and appreciate what this pharmacy and all of its staff do for all of us.
Just reminding us that these people that work here are not robots and they are people too. An atta boy and atta girl can go along way!
