Brought my grandmother in to the soquel office and it was so nice seeing the staff so polite and welcoming to us. I believe her name was Jessica, but she was so helpful and accommodating. My grandmother mentioned on the way home that talking with the staff lifted her spirits!

I have been bringing my mother to Miracle Ear for many years now. We have always had excellent care from the different specialists who have worked with her. Lately, it has been Penny Colburn who has gone out of her way to see my mother in a timely way, clean and monitor her hearing aids and always treat both of us in a warm, outgoing and professional way. Thank you Miracle Ear!

We have been miracle ear customers for a couple of years now, and really appreciate their customer service and family approach. We live in Florida, but were visiting the Monterey Peninsula in California. We inadvertently left our hearing aid charger at home. Penny and Brian at the hearing aid store on Caldwell in Soquel provided us fantastic service by loaning us a charger to use while we're in the local area, and return it on our way back to the airport. I didn't have much hope for a solution when I called them, but was overwhelmed by their helpful assistance. Penny also did a cleaning and filter exchange while we were there. The hearing aids work great, but Miracle ear is unbeatable when it comes to helpful customer service.
I want to commend all of the people who helped me select hearing aides at Soquel Miracle Ear Clinic, Soquel CA. I knew my hearing was declining significantly. I had Miracle ear hearing aides inherited from my mother and I tried them to see if they helped me. They did, even though not finely tuned to my hearing yet. But I quickly determined I wanted more updated aides with Bluetooth features for convenience of control. One day I went to Miracle Ear Soquel for help finding/replacing ear canal domes on my mother’s aids. Penny, the office manager, assisted me at no charge, and cleaned them also. She gave me tips for using them and info on newer models available. When I later received info on a promotional event which included a hearing test and evaluation, I signed up for that. Brian, the hearing specialist at Soquel office, gave me my hearing test, discussed the nature of my hearing loss and later programmed and fitted my new aids. To help me with a scheduling problem he even came in on his day off for my final fitting!!!! Brad, Consumer Education Manager, was part of the Seminar and discussed options, prices, discounts and various features for each Miracle ear model. By reviewing my particular life-style and needs he helped me select the best models for me. Fortunately, the promotional event gave me access to substantial discounts on the more advanced aids and an excellent trade-in value for my Mother’s aides, which will be used again through the Foundation program. Within about 5 days I was wearing my new aides!!!! All of these people were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. There was no pressure to buy miracle Ear products. I chose Miracle Ear for it’s excellent product features, after-care program and warranties. My new aids are a very comfortable and easy to manage. I wear them from when get up in the morning till I go to bed at night. They automatically adjust to my hearing environment, requiring no manual adjustment! I am exceedingly happy with them and I know I will continue to get first class help through the Soquel Clinic.
I'd like to recommend the people and product here at Miracle Ear Soquel. I would disagree with the other reviews as I found Brian to be knowledgeable and courteous. Its a bare bones office by I think the support I was given and the free take home trial to be outstanding. On first visit I was given a complete hearing test to establish what decibel level and clarity issues i was experiencing. This is essential as the hearing products are technologically programmable to each individual's hearing problem. I tried the behind the ear model first but did not feel comfortable with it. Brian suggested the In the Ear mini hearing aid and offered to let me take it home for a three day trial period. Thanks for everything.
