  Brian Doyle was Outstanding helping me with my father's hearing aids. I came from out-of-town to help my 97-year-old dad. He complained of his right hearing aid not working well. Brian got me in for an appointment that day and I brought in my dad's hearing aids that he's had for 8 years. Brian was incredibly professional, understanding and sympathetic. He rapidly diagnosed the issue, replaced some parts, cleaned them up and got them working well again. I was back at my father's place in less than 40 minutes from door-to-door and when dad put them in - he had a great smile on his face! Thanks Brian!!

  Brought my grandmother in to the soquel office and it was so nice seeing the staff so polite and welcoming to us. I believe her name was Jessica, but she was so helpful and accommodating. My grandmother mentioned on the way home that talking with the staff lifted her spirits!

  I'd like to recommend the people and product here at Miracle Ear Soquel. I would disagree with the other reviews as I found Brian to be knowledgeable and courteous. Its a bare bones office by I think the support I was given and the free take home trial to be outstanding. On first visit I was given a complete hearing test to establish what decibel level and clarity issues i was experiencing. This is essential as the hearing products are technologically programmable to each individual's hearing problem. I tried the behind the ear model first but did not feel comfortable with it. Brian suggested the In the Ear mini hearing aid and offered to let me take it home for a three day trial period. Thanks for everything.

  A couple of weeks ago, I finally realized that I needed some hearing help. I went to Santa Cruz Miracle ear and was more than happy. Emily & Carrie have helped me realize that this is a process and it does take some time to get adjusted to hearing aids. Once I adjusted to them, my whole life changed. I have had them now for about 8 months and they have changed my life. I met a new friend and we are hopefully getting married, before I did not want to go out because I was embarrassed about not being able to hear people. Thank you Miracle Ear for changing my life for the better.

  I am extremely satisfied with the with the service of Miracle Ear in Soquel. Out of pocket expense and admitting that I needed hearing aids prevented me from making the large purchase in the past. Miracle Ear had been advertising, which I heard good things about, so I made an appointment. What I found, was that my hearing had declined rapidly in three short years. Aron tested my ears, educated me on hearing loss and gave me OPTIONS for the best set of aids for my lifestyle. Two weeks later I am living a much better lifestyle. They are very comfortable to wear and not noticeable (very important). The technology makes for easy adjustment, hardly any, as they are made for my ears only. Emily delivered my aids with concise easy to follow instructions and I was on my way to life with ears again. Thank You Miracle Ear!!!
