  I checked in for my Coronavirus test, and it took them 1 hour before I was called into the room to have me do the test. Not the in and out process that I was told it was going to be coming from Ventura.

  We love Dr Tsoi! She's always happy to give you her time and answer questions. Staff here have always been really pleasant and helpful. Other family members and I all go here and have seen other docs here who have been good quality also.

  Cold, arrogant medical facility and staff it's bout time UCLA if your patients (those who left) to be able to schedule an appointment online rather to call or wait for a call from one of your robotic representatives
