  Dealing with the staff and equipment at Quest Diagnostics has been amazing over the years. All the changes to check-in equipment to make it easier has been great. Also your website is excellent being in user friendly.

  Fast service. Person who served me was kind, polite, personable. And he did a great job. I didn't even feel the needle go in!! Great experience.

  They made an error at the Sycamore office on the blood draw and I had to return same day for more blood to be drawn. They gave me the wrong collection containers for urine samples and I have to re-do the test over again. Incompetent!!! I had better not get a bill.

  I had scheduled a 3:40 p.m. appointment. The nurse called me at 3:39 p.m. She finished the work by 3:50 p.m. She was courteous, quick, and professional.
