They treat you with small town courtesies with all the good things that go with a bigger city. You can Pick up prescriptions & groceries in the same stop.
- EEEsmat EkladiosDec 27, 20241.0I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the multiple terrible experiences I have had at the Vons pharmacy, particularly involving the pharmacy manager, Amir Aria. These incidents have significantly impacted my patient experience and raised serious safety concerns regarding the handling of my prescriptions where I end up having to use another pharmacy to get my medication. Due to the severity of these issues, I have reported them to the Board of Pharmacy, and they are currently under investigation. It is deeply troubling that a pharmacy entrusted with the health and safety of its customers would operate in such an unprofessional and unsafe manner. I strongly urge Vons leadership particularly the district manager Willem Henning, :to thoroughly review its policies, procedures, and staff conduct to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Patients deserve to feel safe and respected when seeking care from their pharmacy.
