  My experience at this office was exceptional. From the front desk, being. so gracious and helpful with me to an excellent treatment by physician, assistant, Jocelyn or Josephine. Can’t quite remember her name which I apologize for I was just in a bit of pain. Really gentle excellent excellent care. I can’t wait to hurt myself again so I have an excuse to go back to Carbon

  The PA who assessed my daughter had a very poor bedside manner and seemed impatient with my 4-year-old. What upset me most was her dismissive attitude toward our concerns about my daughter’s injury from school. She was reluctant to order X-rays and left the decision up to us. I pushed for them, and after reviewing the X-rays she told us there was no break and cleared my daughter to return to normal physical activities, calling it “joint sprain.” After everything my daughter had requested stickers and the PA said “no” and rudely walked away. The only good thing about the visit was the sweet medical assistant and the X-ray tech. As a parent, I knew something wasn’t right. I trusted my instincts and sought a second opinion with an orthopedic specialist—who confirmed that my daughter actually had an elbow fracture. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I hope more care and attention is given to listening to parents and properly evaluating young children in the future.

  I needed to have some stitches removed my knee and my father had recommended Carbon Health Urgent Care SV, was in and out in about a half hour. Very efficient and professional. Would definitely go back.

  My son and I visited this urgent care for the first time tonight, and it will absolutely be our go to anytime we need care. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm, kind, and welcoming. We were quickly brought back by a nurse who was genuinely caring and attentive. Then PA Brandi Ford came in and truly took her time to listen, showing so much patience and understanding. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. You never want to need urgent care, but if we do, this is the first place we’ll go. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

  I have gone to this Urgent Care for over a year and recommended it to family. They allow you to book appointments online, they get you in and out quickly (important when you don’t feel good), and their doctors are skilled. I highly recommend them!
