The entire staff were extremely kind and professional, and made sure that our needs were completely met. We were visiting from out of town. Mario Pallais, the hearing instrument specialist, made sure my father's hearing aids were properly cleaned and tuned, and even made suggestions for how to improve the future tuning of the hearing aid, all free of charge. I highly recommend Miracle Ears at Sherman Oaks.

I had to wear those big hearing aids that show and would get bullied. He showed me a hearing aid that doesn’t show and is so tiny. I tried them on for the first time and I couldn’t believe I could hear clearly. I started to cry and also made his assistant cry . Because for the first time I can hear my kids clearly and everyone around me . It does take time to get used to the hearing aid but am thankful to Miracle Ear
