  We’ve had a fantastic experience with Home Instead. The administrative team, including Jim, Vanessa, and Cherisse, are professional and truly care about their clients. Our caregiver, Victoria, was wonderful—she is compassionate, helpful, and considerate. My mother enjoyed her company and her assistance. If you are looking for reliable in-home care, this is the team to trust.

  I cannot say enough good things about Home Instead, Sherman Oaks! A few years ago I found myself in grad school, working full time, and trying to help take care of my dad as much as I could. He really wanted to stay in his home of 50 years after my mom passed and I realized he needed more help than I could provide him and that is how we came to know the fantastic team at Home Instead, and specifically his caregiver Ramon. Ramon is truly the best human. He is so incredibly patient and kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure that my dad has everything he needs from grocery shopping, to appointments (and there are a lot!), to personal tasks like showering and exercising. Ramon has gone out of his way to help like when my dad lost his cellphone and when he had a fall at home and I could not get to his house for a few hours. Our whole family is so grateful for Ramon, and everyone behind the scenes who ensures my dad is safe and cared for. I am a type-A ICU nurse, and it’s not easy to give up control, but in this situation I know I don’t have to worry. Ramon and the whole team consistently do everything they can to make it all work!

  Home Instead Sherman Oaks provided compassionate 24-hour care for my father, who has Dementia and cannot be left alone. The caregivers were truly outstanding—kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The office staff were incredibly supportive and responsive, giving our family much-needed peace of mind during a very difficult time. We are truly grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of in-home care.

  Home Instead Sherman Oaks provided outstanding in-home senior care services for my mother after she returned home from the hospital. We were looking for a trusted home care agency in Studio City, and they exceeded our expectations. Because my mom has Alzheimer’s and requires 24-hour care, their caregivers provided the right level of personalized home care, and we always felt completely comfortable having them in the home. The caregivers were kind, reliable, and the office staff was always responsive and professional. If you need senior home care in Sherman Oaks or Studio City, I would not go anywhere else. Home Instead truly cares about their clients and their families.
