- SLStevie LovelightFeb 13, 20261.0I would give this Ralphs Pharmacy a zero if I could!! Even after speaking with the pharmacist manager which was a total disrespectful individual!! They lie to you when they say they can fill your prescriptions, then they don't. They didn't even come close to doing what they say they would do! These pharmacists at this store location doesn't communicate properly with each other and said one thing and did another to me and made me wait days after I had not slept for lack of my medication, which I explained to them this dilemma and I thought I was going to get my medication and never did!! That's after they said they would multiple times!! WHERE DO THEY/YOU GET OFF TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS??? It's the worst pharmacy I've ever tried to get my medication through!!! Ever!! ZERO STARS!!!! And do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy! Sadly it's a disgrace to RITE-AID who was bar none one of the best pharmacies ever!!!
