    Since they assumed the patients from Rite Aid, service has gone downhill. I think it has do with the fact they hir d a bunch of the Rite Aid team, where service was always horrible.

    TLDR: doesn't take Cigna, location communication is extremely poor Ralphs advertises that they are happy to take the customers RiteAid. I thought this would be the best option after RiteAid's closure since the location is fairly convenient for me. For my first prescription, I called ahead to give my contact information so I could be told when it was filled. No one called me in 48 hours to tell me they did not have my prescription in stock and didn't know when it would be in stock. That particular item was not very common, so I did have to call around for it and I decided that this may have been a once-off mishap. When I ended up with another prescription, I decided to give the pharmacy another try. I called ahead, again, to ensure they had my information and that the item I needed was in stock this time. After my doctor did send the prescription over, Ralph's pharmacy tells me AFTER fulfilling it that they do not take my insurance (Cigna). Information that could have been relayed to me with the first prescription. I am aware that it is out of their control that they do not take insurance, but a base level of communication could have saved me days of waiting for either of my prescriptions.

    WORST PHARMACY EVER. I have never had so many issued with a pharmacy and I just started using them. My doctor is located IN CALIFORNIA and they wont fill a prescription because her office is located in san fran and I see her via telehealth. This makes absolutely no sense. I needed to transfer my meds to another pharmacy and even their process with that made no sense.
