  I’ve been on Lindora for 14 days. I’ve lost 1 lb. I’ve spent over $1000. I have been following the meal plan to the T. I have also been exercising daily with a combo of private pilates classes and riding the Peloton in addition to walking my dogs twice a day, and working as a florist… and don’t forget the daily visits to Lindora to get the shot. I have never put so much effort into losing weight and had such horrible results. The meal plan is very limiting, basically cutting out fat, carbs, sugar(carbs), alcohol and many veggies deemed not healthy enough for their meal plan. You can’t even use olive oil to cook or dress a salad (allowed 1tsp a day). All that and I’ve lost 1 lb. so yes, I’m frustrated and my review reflects that. But I’m being very honest. I’ve had a mixed experience with the nurses and employees at the Sherman Oaks location. After the 10th day with zero results, they had the nerve to ask me to sign a waiver/disclaimer stating that weight loss was not guaranteed and refunds on services, food or pre-paid booster shots was not allowed. When i refused to sign the form, the nurse refused to administer my daily shot. She also gave me a hard time because i had my two small dogs with me(12&20lbs). It was 90° outside and I didn’t want to leave them in the car. I have seen other clients in their office nearly daily with their dogs with no issue. The other employees are mostly nice. I believe they really care and want to help me on my journey but are untrained in how to proceed if the plan isn’t working for someone. I get different random suggestions every day… you’re eating too much protein, eat more carbs, eat less, have a shake for dinner. All the while pushing more (very expensive) booster shots and Lindora food. I am so motivated and want this to work so badly I will continue. I have an appointment with Dr. Lee tomorrow to hopefully have a concrete response and plan of action to change the tide of weight loss. I will update my review as I progress.

  I have been with Lindora for a very long time because if you stay committed to the program, it works beautifully. Sherman Oaks office had been my primary office for several years. I love the staff. They always greet you with a smile, a kind word and make you feel welcome and valued. I so appreciate the positive attitudes and professionalism of the staff. On a bad day, I always leave more upbeat than when I get there. The Sherman Oaks Office Staff are the best!!! They are truly appreciated especially, Nicole, the current office manager.👍❤🙏

  I'm super happy to have finally come to Lindora. I've made so much progress in just a couple of weeks and I feel super motivated to continue my journey. I love the staff and I like how they make me feel every time I come in.

  This office is absolutely fantastic! Nicole and Ruby take such good care of you! I highly recommend this program and this location!!
