- DRD RatcliffFeb 2, 20265.0One side of the nosepiece on my sunglasses had broken and I asked Don, who was sitting at the desk if it could be fixed. He said yes and please come back in 20 minutes. I did so and the sunglasses fixed perfectly. I was prepared to pay for this service but Don said no charge. Super nice- I really appreciated his time and effort.

Before addressing the repair however, she sincerely asked how I was doing since I still had a large bandage on my scalp and a black eye. After assuring her I was fine, she then did an excellent job fully repairing my glasses and fitting them to my Halloween-mask-like face. Thank you Abbey and LensCrafters!
