I was greeted by Ariana and Citas at the front desk, and they were both very friendly and welcoming, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. I was very nervous about my gum health, but Dr. Karen took the time to answer all of my questions and really reassured me about my dental health and hygiene. She explained everything clearly and made me feel much more at ease about the condition of my gums and the treatment plan. I also really appreciated that the office was able to help me with a discount for my deep cleaning. As a student, that meant a lot and made the treatment much more manageable for me. Overall, the staff was kind, professional, and very understanding. I’m grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.
