- DLDaisy LopezDec 30, 20251.0I took my primarily Spanish speaking husband today and they wouldn’t let me go back with him. I told them I was his interpreter so if I couldn’t go back, I wanted an interpreter to be provided. My husband came out and said he did the best he could but that they never provided the interpreter. This makes me so upset because my husband can get by with his English but he would have been much more comfortable with his first language. He said he forgot to say some stuff that now we’ll have to go to another clinic to get treated for him. Please do better. Our bilingual or monolingual Spanish speaking patients deserve the same care and if you don’t have the staff to provide them care in their language then don’t deny them from bringing their own interpreter.
