We made an appointment my wife made an appointment and when we got there they don't have a reception is they only have a kiosk where you check in and it gives you the option to either get a text and wait outside or you can wait in the lobby so since we had our son who's 4 years old we said the weather outside not to annoy anyone else weather kid but she never got a text an hour later I walked in I'm the only option she gave me is to sign up again even though they didn't do what they're supposed to do I tried calling the supervisor because the other female gave me her number but they never answer the phone.
Way2go quest diagnostics!!!
That's what you call crappy customer service and thank you for the bad service and make another way for no reason!!!

Worst customer service ever. Waited so long for just a drop off!
Everyone of the people who were at Sebastopol's Quest center said that Quest had lost their lab orders and had to bring copies back to them, resulting in double trips and visits. There was a line of people with copies of lab orders in hand, all of whom had to go to their doctor's offices to get a copy. I ALSO had Quest loose my lab order and had to go to my doctor's office (fortunately nearby) to get a hard copy. But that meant I again had to wait in line.
QUEST, PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
Their online appointments don’t actually get you into an appointment even with a reminder and a scan. You then have to go on their waiting room tablet and again add your info that often doesn’t get your name on the board. The only time I easily got an appointment was when I was a walkin. I am now going to Providence which is 10 miles further away to get simple lab tests. To Quest: get someone who’s familiar with AI. You already have all the information you need on any client you have previously served.

I arrived at 3:45PM on Thursday as a walk-in, told they close at 4PM, three people ahead of me. Gave me a card, told me to call for appointment or go online to schedule. Online would not accept my information. Made my appointment by phone for the next day, Friday, and given a confirmation code. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, tried to use the automated check in kiosk,
they had no record of me in the system (I have been there before), or my appointment so I was not on the schedule. A technician came out to the lobby for something else, confirmed that I had no appointment but put me down as a walk-in. I was told that meant I would be seen if an appointment showed up late or there was free time. I only had to wait 15 minutes but only because the next client/patient did not show up. My technician was friendly and very professional, but the appointment website, and automated check in is a nightmare.
