  Love this location. It is a little out my way but i was in the area looking for a new pair of sunglasses that i was not able to find closer to home. I was just a walk-in but the atmosphere and staff was very welcoming. I was helped by Ismael and I am glad he did. He showed me some styles that i would not have chosen myself since i was already with specific model i wanted. He makes you feel welcome and answers all the questions you have. If you choose to come to this place, look for him you will not regret it.

  So it was my first time here so the employee, Ismael, was extremely helpful and walked me through everything and made me feel appreciated and valued. He was patient and answered all my questions and gave me some good recommendations about glasses. The rest of the staff was good as well but I just had to give Ismael a shoutout because people like him are hard to come by in the customer service industry!

  I had a wonderful experience at the eye center thanks to Ish. From the moment I arrived, Ish was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but Ish truly delivered. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Ish—he’s a huge asset to the eye center!

  My experience at Pearle Vision in Sea Beach was extremely disappointing. The glasses I received had an incorrect prescription, which caused significant discomfort and blurry vision. Although I was told the prescription was only for one eye, it negatively affected both eyes. When I returned the glasses, the staff displayed a cold and unwelcoming attitude. During a another visit in the new year, I asked a simple question, and Ismael G. immediately recognized and referenced my previous return during the greeting. He then responded to my questions with noticeable coldness. Unfortunately, this attitude continued throughout the interaction. Overall, the level of customer service was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that others think twice before visiting this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this eye center. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was completely ignored for over an hour. During that time, two patients who’s appointment times were later than mine were taken back before I was, with no explanation. What made it worse was that no staff member acknowledged me at all. I wasn’t checked on, updated, or apologized to until I finally spoke up myself. Customer service was extremely poor, and the lack of basic communication and respect for appointment times was frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or expect professional treatment.
