  No customer service at all.website says today pharmacy lunch is from 12 to 1 pm so I get ther bfore 1pm thinking they gonna open the pharmacy employee just looks at me and closes the closure to pharmacy .he doesn't say hi how r u r u here to pik up nothing .so wen he walking out pharmacy consult door area i asked is he coming bak soon .he says no im not my lunch from 1 to 2 .I asked y online says 12 to 1 and he says cause it's the weekend my lunch now .that's not wat says online and u didn't even acknowledgement me bfore 1 bfore u closed I was ther before 1 .i talked to store mgr or female that i was told was store mgr and she says nothing that helps .I'd still have to wait an hr after the employee ignored me bfore closing pharmacy .I left .all he needed to do was get my prescriptions that they been blowing up my phone to tell me about.ive changed from shopping at vons to somewhere else now time to change my prescriptions to somewhere else too.so after the horrid experience yesterday go to pik up my prescriptions today and the guy doesn't say anything at all to me no hi bye do u need consult ,nothing .but charges me and my insurance should cover it .im confused on wat charge is for .and no nothing still from pharmacy employee .u all really need train ur staff in wat customer service is .

  I wish they had set closing time posted for the Deli. Every time I go there between 7.30pm - 8pm they always refuse to help.. short staff, cleaning, no one behind the counter, etc. overall poor service!

  Went to speak to the manager about a London broil I purchased there. The meat I purchased was BBQ and I had cut a piece from the meat. While eating that piece something was in the meat ( It was a metal sliver) I took the wrapping from vons back with the sliver of metal (that was in my mouth) and told the store manager what I had found and he stated that maybe it was something that I did. BE CAREFUL BUYING MEAT THERE . Vons doesn't stand behind there products or care about their customers.

  Their lunch time is right after my lunch time from 1 to 2 and every time I go in there to get my stuff fences down and no one's there I would like it if they list left one person just to give out the pills that are already made or at least have just a half hour lunch

  We just moved to the area and went to this pharmacy for my sons medication. The tech was EXTREMELY rude - all because we asked her to apply a coupon code because our new medical insurance was not in effect yet. They would tell us a time to pick up our medicine ( multiple times) and it would still be out of stock when we tried to pick it up. Finally - after several days of hassles - we decided to switch to a different pharmacy. Of course Vons gave the other pharmacy trouble with the transfer. Nothing went smoothly and they just didn't care! These were just every day meds - can you imagine trying to deal with this when you're sick ?! Our health is way too important to put it in the hands of people who are incompetent and don't care ... and that's definitely the feeling we got from Vons Pharmacy in Santee.
