- KPKate PuckettApr 26, 20261.0I’ve been to this location on other occasions so I did not realize I was booking a telehealth appointment, much less that I’d have an added cost because the Optimap is legally required for telehealth visits. This was an out of pocket visit so the added cost is not passed on to insurance. During my appointment I mentioned the Biofiniti contacts had been drying my eyes out and the only alternative lens I was offered was a daily. On previous visits when I was with an in person optometrist they offered other brand options as solutions for challenges I shared, this time the only option was Biofiniti, the LensCrafters in house brand. Then, when it came time for my fitting, the only available lens in my prescription was a Daily lens so I wasn’t even able to fit the ONLY monthly option that was made available to me. I will not be back to LensCrafters.
