  I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Deborah Reid and the staff at Miracle-Ear in Santa Rosa. Irreversible hearing loss is a difficult issue to deal with, impinging as it does on every instance of people-facing interaction. We have tried many hearing aid brands. None have measured up to the Miracle-Ear products and customer care. When one's ability to communicate verbally is required continuously throughout each day, hearing loss becomes a frightening condition to navigate. The service and product quality Deb brought to the table allayed my fears and discomfort. She deftly guided me every step of the way in product choice, pricing and insurance reimbursement. I didn't expect such a high level of care, and am truly grateful to Deb for all she did on my behalf. Miracle-Ear is blessed to have her! Thank you Deb!

  I bring my great grandmother here for her hearings aids, and being a healthcare worker myself, I am thoroughly pleased with the high quality level of customer service, timeliness of appointments, friendly reminders, and courteous staff. They always remember our names and make us feel welcome. The services provided are top notch and I highly encourage people whom help care for their elders, bring your family here for service.

  Nicole and her Office manager Deb really set the Customer Service bar very high. From the moment you are greeted when you first walk in the door, you experience a positive, friendly and upbeat atmosphere. That feeling is immediately followed by thorough, detailed and caring exam and explanation of what you are experiencing with a very frustrating loss of hearing. Then solutions on how to solve your concerns. I will highly recommend Miracle-Ear in Santa Rosa!

  Awsome experience. Received an education on hearing loss and related other aging issues. I recommend to everyone at any age that you make an appointment at the first sign of hearing loss. You will see connections to many health and life issues that will be better managed with hearing aids. Accent on the Aids

  My mother needed hearing aides. So I took her to Miracle-Ear in Santa Rosa! At 1517 Farmers Lane! NICOLE was awesome she made it so easy for her to use and fit perfectly ! Thank you Nicole
