Decent eye exam. But trying to buy glasses after was a failure. Bob was at the counter on the computer, ignored me completely. As I turned to walk away he said did you need something? I had frames in my hand! I asked if the sale prices online were available. His answer was “you won’t be able to use insurance online” And that is not true. I really wanted to order these glasses and some sun glasses right away. I left and will never go back. Terrible service.

I was traveling for work and saw there was a Lenscrafter's in Santa Rosa. I was actually planning on traveling through Sacramento and have them help with my glasses lens slightly popping out of the frame on one edge.
My vision got worse in my left eye and my retinal doctor was concerned. I showed him my glasses and asked if I got them repaired and used them for a month, if I could return to evaluate my vision.
The gentleman at Lenscrafters almost was able to fix the issue but not 100%.
He assisted me with a warranty return and will be mailing my glasses to me, saving me a 200 mile roundtrip!
In about 6 weeks, I will be returning to get a new prescription from them. Might just get the Ray-Ban Meta's.

Tracy was amazing. His attention to detail and customer service is world class. Having someone that truly cares for an individual through passion and kindness is very rare these days so I was very thankful that he helped out my daughter get into a pair of glasses that she loves. We mentioned that we were going on a family trip to Disneyland and the window was tied to receive the glasses, but Tracy made it work and I’m truly thankful for that. What really made it feel special for me was the little drawing he left when we picked up her glasses “ a picture of Mickey Mouse “ because when my daughter saw it, their face is lit up and as a parent, that’s the best joy in the world. Tracy, I thank you again and keep up the World class customer service.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel rushed. I received an honest opinion on how the glasses looked on my face when I asked for help. I will definitely come back here.

Ask for Susanne!!! The best most patient and informative representative. She helped me feel confident with my choice and helped explained the benefit of polarization with respect to my updated prescription and helped me customize my sunglasses pair of lenses. I highly recommend the friendly staff for free adjustments. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tracy for those and he is friendly each time I come back for more tweaks to the fitting.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
