The whole experience was relaxed and pleasant. I did need glasses and really liked the variety of frames. Everyone was easy to work with, efficient and I was in and out in an hour.

The salesperson (Elle, hope I got the spelling correct) in the store I went to in Montgomery Village was so knowledgeable and helpful. Optical sales is a tough business - eyeglass frames are a commodity but also truly a specialty, so Optical sits in a special spot in terms of providing value. I think Warby Parker has it dialed in exactly right. I ended up at Warby Parker due to the poor benefit as well as the poor experience at Kaiser, who told me it would take at least 3 1/2 weeks to get new Rx eyeglasses, and no new $175 benefit for 2 years. Beyond which their opening hours (and requiring an "appointment" for anything and everything Optical) are not in line with the retail business Optical actually is. Thank you Warby Parker, and especially to Elle for being such a positive, professional and knowledgeable person in helping me :) It was a great experience!
