Our aunt’s helper, Kathleen, has been a godsend. She treats our aunt like family and is our eyes and ears in the care facility. When our aunt has medical appointments that family would normally take her to, Kathleen is there to provide that care and companionship. And when Kathleen isn’t available, Sarah, our contact at The Key, is unfailingly accommodating and I’m reasonably sure she’s a miracle worker.
